Try Freediving

Our Try Freediving experience is perfect for those of you who would like to discover more of the underwater world without having to carry heavy scuba diving equipment. Freediving is the purest form of diving and there are so many opportunities to freedive in the UK and around the world. This experience will show you some of the skills used by freedivers to explore the beautiful landscapes under the sea and meet all of the creatures that live in the water.

If you have already tried freediving and are ready to take the next step, then why not book onto our SSI Basic Freediver course.

We offer this course during our pool time on a Tuesday evening and it takes approximately 90 minutes.

Academic Sessions - Online Programme and poolside breath work

Pool/Confined Water Sessions - 1
